Hypoglycemia

Low sugar level in the blood

When there is a small amount of sugar or glucose in the blood it is called hypoglycemia.

>The Symptoms are:- A great need to have sugar- Constant hunger- Fatigue- Weakness- Eye ache- Migraine- Paints in several parts of the body- Mental disorder, nervousness and insomnia

>The overproduction of insulin by the pancreas produces hypoglycemia. Heredity and aninadequat diet are the main causes of this disease. The provokes the body to consume a great amount of carbohydrates and sugars. As a consequence, it produces an extra amount of insulin, thus causing an abnormality in the system characterized by a great need to give sugar to the body.

>The Suggested treatment for persons with hypoglycemia is:A diet high in proteins, and low in refined carbohydrates and fat. Between meals the symptoms are accentuated, which is why a high-energy food with a high protein content should be eaten, for example: nuts and peanuts in addition to nutrients containing vitamins and minerals. Vitamin E improves body energy and the circulation. It has been found that chromium picolinate greatly helps the insulin existing in the blood to work efficiently without requiring great amounts of sugar to supply this energy. Read Dr.Jeffrey Fisher’s book “The Chromium Program”.. Information:Hypoglycemia Association, Inc. 2643 Liberty Parkway Baltimore, MD 21222
