Hyperthyroidism

Increase activity of the thyroid

Hyperthyroidism is characterized by the over-production of hormones by the thyroid.

>Its symptoms are:- Nervousness - Fatique - Trembling hands- Weakenss - Excessive perspiration- Weights loss - Intolerance to heat- Insomnia - Fast pulse- Mood swings - Irritability

>Causes: Heredity is the main cause but there are other unknown factors.

>Suggested treatments.:It is necessary to give the body extra doses of proteins and vitamins, mainly the ones belonging B Complex which are necessary for metabolism. Stimulants like alcohol, cigarettes, coffee and black tea speed up the metabolism; they should be eliminated from the diet.

Note!: Hyperactivity may be due to a problem of hyperthyroidism.

The following is the daily suggested adult (150 lb.) use.

Important Supplement Suggested daily use Comments

1-Royal Jelly 3 tablets daily. 1 tablet, 20 min. Contains B complex vitamins before each meal.

2- Bee pollen Alfalfa 3 tablets daily, each. 1 tablet Bee pollen and alfalfa contain all each meal. the necessary vitamins and minerals.

Supplementary Help

3- Beta carotene with 2 capsules daily. 1 capsule Powerful anti-oxidant, helps resist vitamin E before each meal. infections, repairs and maintains body tissue.

4- Multi-minerals 6 tablets daily. Needed for proper composition and 2 tablets each meal. function of the body.

5- Vitamin – C 6 tablets daily, 60 mg. 2 tablets Powerful anti-oxidant. Strengthens each meal. immune system.

It is recommended to consume proteins and complex carbohydrates such as the ones contained in beans, lentils and whole wheat.
